Erwin Wurm: One Minute Forever opens at the Museum of Fine Arts Liberec on October 17, 2026, following an opening reception on October 16 at 6 p.m.
The exhibition presents Wurm’s approach to transforming familiar objects by altering their proportions, disrupting known forms and placing them in unexpected situations. Through irony and a sense of the absurd, his work challenges ideas about society and what sculpture can be.
The exhibition runs through March 14, 2027. Admission to the opening is free, and a special opening-night bus will run from Prague. Full programme and travel information are available on the institution’s website.
The exhibition is held under the auspices of Liberec Region Governor Martin Půta.
